The work was carried out 10 days after the quote. The fitter was incredibly well organised and cleaned up everywhere, it was all fitted in 4 hours. Dean, who did the bulk of the work, is a real perfectionist, went the extra mile to make everything look good, and was fastidious in cleaning up before he left! The ladder itself is very good quality - very sturdy and professionally fitted. Everybody involved was nice to deal with, starting with booking the quote, right through to the final product. Getting the quote was quick and then easily able to sort out a convenient time for the job to start. We had Antony and Lewis doing the work and they were great - friendly, polite, tidy and obviously skilled. Really happy with the final product of boarding, new hatch and ladder installation. Highly recommend!
