This was a 3 day job in Luton to transform an unusable loft space by removing all the rubbish left by the previous owners, as well as the old water tank and stand.

We then topped up the old insulation with another 170mm to bring it up to the regulation 270mm, and raised the boarding so not to compress it and allow air flow. We also put a new insulated hatch in a better place with a 3 section aluminium ladder with a handrail for safer access. A good sized loft with 375 sq ft – equivalent to the footprint of the house, so effectively adding +50% floor space of the existing property for storage!
