This one is a Deluxe Wooden Loft Ladder and loft hatch, plus loft boarding and loft insulation.
Interestingly we had to move the loft hatch to accommodate the new loft ladder.
Half the loft was boarded, raised above insulation, look how neat the boards are, no gaps!
In addition we also topped up insulation for the whole loft, so it will be nice and warm for the winter.
We also installed 3 LED energy efficient loft lights.
